The Montagues + Supports @ Kash22, Frodsham. 31/03/22

After a rather eventful journey to and from Frodsham in Cheshire, I headed down to Kash22 to see a band I just love and adore so much now as part of a small tour they're currently on to promote their single "Pollyanna"

The Venue

Kash22 is a small bar and venue in the centre of Frodsham, just around the corner from the train station for easy access. This venue has a nice feel to it with a really cosy vibe. Its decor just screams music with bands all over the walls and vintage tour posters which just really nice to see. I would love to come back here for more shows in the future.

Grace Nicole

Grace played a solo acoustic set which was just amazing!! This girl has the most amazing voice I have ever heard and it is honestly so unique. I could've sat there and listened to her sing for hours!! Grace is local to the area hailing from Warrington, another nice place for gigs and festivals. Her set was a mix of covers and original tracks which sounded amazing and got the small crowd that came down early in high spirits. Grace was a fantastic choice for an opening artist. Would I see her again? Yes, if she does more shows around Cheshire and Warrington I would defo try and make it back to see her again. She is one to watch in the music scene, she will go far!!! Fantastic night started off by Grace.

The Montagues

The Montagues, a band I have seen a good number of times now, and I am so grateful to have these lads in my life. I honestly do not deserve them one bit. If I hadn't gone to see them in Wales last October I don't know where I'd be right now. They've just come at the right time and are just amazing lads.
The lads played a fantastic set, just like they always do. I always enjoy their shows because they're always so amazing! They played mostly original songs and its reached the point where these guys can play an original song and I will sing back as I just know all their songs now. The Montagues are a great band who have the best sound. I can't wait to get to see them more often and travel the UK for them. Liverpool on the 9th April will be an amazing gig and I am super excited for it!!!!
